This is a painting is hanging in a home in Dallas. Bob and Fran have it placed at the end of a long hallway, and it looks great in their home. When painting this piece, I was going through a mellow yellow phase, and I was in love with the color yellow...and I still like it, but not as much. (That was when I had our living room and dining room painted yellow, and I purchased yellow chintz china.) The building in the background has many layers of creamy yellow paint on it...and the shadows on the street are very cool. I hope that the viewer enjoys this painting....I think looking at it makes you want to get on a plane and get out of Dallas!
