It feels like baseball weather in Texas! (80 degrees and sunny!!!) I found this rather old YMCA baseball cap in a closet...it was my husband's YMCA cap, along with an old baseball....it is on a 6" X 8" panel. It was a quick painting, and to my surprise, the old dingy baseball was not easy to paint. Dirty white, scuffed up ivory, grass-stained cream, a tinge of aged yellow ochre and brownish-green are the colors I mixed up so that I could show the viewer what character the baseball had.
