"Brown Eggs" is painted on a 6" by 6" panel. I was scrounging around at the studio looking for something to paint, and I found some nice brown eggs that Karen had. She had taken the time to blow them out. So I did not have to worry about breaking an egg! This was a quick one. I like the shadows on this oil painting, and the subject matter. I need to find some real pretty eggs...maybe I will go to Central Market or Whole Foods today. If anyone has a good source for pretty eggs...in differnt colors. spotted, flecked, different sizes, please let me know. Thanks!
