One of my collectors has purchased this painting because it makes her happy.  Painting makes me happy, and it delights me that my art can hang on a wall and make someone else happy!  I can't wait to see this painting framed up and in it's new home.  Thanks for looking, KMW

Plentiful

12" x 12" Oil on Panel

Contemporary Floral Still Life

Just finished!  This panel has lots of paint and texture on it.  I used a filbert brush for most of this painting.  I love painting sunflowers because the petals flop and are irregular.  I thought this was a very pretty ceramic piece, and I liked it in the composition.  This painting is drying in the studio.  Contact ME for more info.  Thanks for looking at my art!  KMW

Commission

28" x 48" Oil on Gallery Wrap Canvas

Contemporary Landscape/Palette Knife Painting

I was commissioned by one of my collectors to paint the McDowell Mountain Regional Park located in Scottsdale, Arizona.  The painting will hang in the living room of their condo, with the mountain range as the view out their big window and patio.  I know it will look great all framed up and hanging in it's new home!  Thanks for looking at my blog!  Kay

31 and Done!

31 and Done with the Strada Easel Challenge, January 2022

Here is a pic of all of my paintings from the challenge.

It's a great experience, but I was glad to finish it and get on with painting without daily deadlines.  Looking forward to September 2022!  KMW
