Contemporary Still Life Painting
After visiting artist Don Sahli last weekend while in Wimberly, Texas I was admiring his work in the Pitzer's Fine Art Gallery. His studio and plein air work is amazing! Don was doing a demonstration in the gallery courtyard with a full audience. I have taken workshops from Don on a couple of occasions, and learned so much as he is a very talented teacher and artist. This is one of the challenging still life paintings I painted from his Evergreen, Colorado school of art. Going back and reviewing previous work refreshes my memory and reinforces some of the techniques I experienced and learned. Thanks for looking at my art....Kay
