I am back...I had a temporary glitch in my blogging. I volunteered at Stewpot yesterday, and then went straight to the studio. I am not finished, but needed to take some pictures and look at this contemporary oil painting that is still on the easel. It is exstremely wet, and I need to step away from the canvas and look at it from a distance. I plan to put more shadows and lighter lights in the flowers and greenery. I hope to post the completed painting in a day or so...going to the studio this morning!
Kay, can't wait to see your finished work. I love the vibrant colors in the water especially. That little Koi on Texas painters is quite the character, too!
