While strolling through a beautiful Tucson neighborhood, I captured a photo of one exquisite yellow rose in a stunning garden.  I was amazed at the colors and full shapes of the yellow roses.  I wanted to capture it's rolling petals as the stucco home was the backdrop for this painting.  I wish I had knocked on the front door and thanked the owners for having such a show-stopper of a front yard!  This painting is very wet...and it is drying in the studio.  Contact Kay for more info.  This painting is available for purchase.  KMW

Palette Knife Painting

Spending time in the rugged mountains and desert of Arizona is a change of pace for me.  I soaked in the sun and the landscape, painting the wide open sky with the mountains in the background.
