60" x 48" Oil on Canvas

Contemporary Palette Knife Painting

I just competed this landscape painting over the weekend.  It has fans on it, drying.  I used wide brushes, large palette knifes and lots of thick paint.  There are layers of paint, lots of texture and the wildflowers are so colorful you just want to touch them.  Since I used a gallery wrap canvas, a frame is optional.  Ready to hang as is.  Contact Kay for more information on this painting.  Thanks, Kay

6" x 8" Oil on RayMar Panel

Contemporary Palette Knife Painting

Shades of tangerine, turquoise, magenta and raw sienna are bouncing off of the trees. A palette knife was used for this little painting. There is texture in the trees and the falling leaves. Contact Kay to purchase at kay@kwyne.com. Thanks for viewing.
