Contemporary Palette Knife Painting

Using palette knives and clay shaping tools, I layered and scraped and move the paint around until I was satisfied with this cactus patch.  The paint is layered and there is texture on the canvas.  This painting is drying in the studio.  Contact Kay for more info  Thanks, KMW

I put the finishing touches and a few highlights on this canvas.  I used a reference photo that is so old, that I am not sure where these blooming cactus were --- but I think they were in our front yard planter.  I hope to varnish this piece once it is dry.  Thanks for looking at my art...please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments.  Kay
