O.K. it's been created.  It was fun, it was good, and lots of conversation about this canvas....It has been decided to hang it vertically.  It now has a name....  Thank you, Selena.  My intentions were good, but my path was misunderstood as I painted away on this large canvas.  Here it is, Jewel Box.  I think it is colorful, interesting and fun.  Contact Kay with any comments or questions....thanks for looking at my blog.  Kay

Loose, fresh and abstract describe this fun and whimsical still life.  The colors are soft and pleasing to the eye---with a background of a creamy beige.  My favorites are the violets, periwinkle, coral, tangerine and mint green.  This painting is drying in the studio.
