Contemporary Still Life
I painted this quickly and loosely with a limited palette. I was working off of a photograph one of my studio mates brought in to share. I was aware of the transparent oils going in before I started in with my opaques. You can see that I did not fuss over my brushstrokes...they were deliberate and once I put them in, I left them.
