Variety is the spice of life! With this painting I
made sure that there was variety in color, shapes, brush
technique, textures, values, and of course the wide range
of blooms. Probably my most favorite flowers in the still life
are the sunflowers...I like the droopy and irregular
shapes that happen with the weight of the flower. This
