For me, the vase was just as important as the sunflowers in this small painting. I wanted to ceramic vase to glow.  With very few brushstrokes, I wanted to put on canvas just how beautiful the vase was.  This painting is drying in the studio, and I do have a beautiful frame for it.  Contact Kay for more information.  Thanks for looking at this blog.  Kay
