Contemporary Floral Landscape
I was revisiting my paintings, and looking at Field of Color made me think back when I painted this landscape. The process of painting on this canvas was so much fun. I mixed piles and piles off oils, then started moving the paint on the canvas with a palette knife. The colors flowed from the foreground to the background, and faded into the horizon. I can't wait to start a large landscape with these colors. I am currently working outside the studio, and I am missing my easel time! Thanks for looking at my blog...Kay
