Palette Knife Painting Seascape Painting
#28 for the 30-30 Challenge
I got into the studio yesterday and pulled out a 12" x 12" panel and a couple of palette knives to paint this dingy. I found this dinghy washed up on the shore in Maine last fall, and thought it had so much character...it was aged with rust and I loved the rocks in the water. Only two more days of painting for the Painting Challenge....you might want to visit Slices of Life by Leslie Saeta blog to see all of the paintings. Thanks for looking at this blog....I will be in the studio working on #29 today!

I adore the vivid painting: the yellow orange, melting into the black base of the boat and the bright blue water.
ReplyDeleteReally nice one, Kay! A stand out in the 30/30 today.
