This is what is sitting on my easel...I was applying the paint with the palette knife and really got carried away...it is very wet and looks like frosting on a cake. The oils need to set-up for a few days before I continue. This is on a 12" x 12" gessoed masonite. It is a good start on aspen trees...I won't be able to work on it for several days. On the easel...palette knife painting
This is what is sitting on my easel...I was applying the paint with the palette knife and really got carried away...it is very wet and looks like frosting on a cake.
