This painting is one I started months ago, and forced myself to finish. John and I were in New York City visiting about a year ago, and we were taking a break, sitting in a park people watching. This lady was very busy filling her bags with treasures from the trash can. One person's trash is another person's treasure....I believe that is how the saying goes.
