Contemporary Abstract Floral
One of my studio mates took a photo of an amazing and very large orchid arrangement. I decided to simplify it, and focus on only three of the blooms. Once I started mixing my colors and applying thick loads of paint, I knew it was going to be an abstract---my painting of the beautiful arrangement is drying in the studio.
