Contemporary Abstract Painting
This is another palette knife painting with a very abstract look. My inspiration was the beautiful tulips at the Dallas Arboretum. I liked the way the colors bounced off of each other and the negative space on the linen. This linen is beautiful...very natural with imperfections, and a little nubby. I hated to cover it all up with paint, so I let some of the linen peak through, especially on the sides of the canvas. Thanks for looking at this blog.....Kay at 214-532-0325 or kay@kwyne.com.
