Oil and Charcoal on Gallery Wrap Canvas
I painted these canvases side by side in the studio. I wanted each canvas to be it's own painting, but they could also hang together and compliment each other. I love the color palette and looseness of the paintings. I painted, scraped, and drew on them. The abstractness of the still life lets the viewer's eye roam the paintings to see and discover new shapes and possibilities. I am letting these dry in the studio...and then they need a new home!
