Contemporary Abstract
I started with some cad yellow undertones on this panel. Then after letting it dry, I drew some shapes with a willow charcoal stick, then started applying the oils with a brush. The smooth surface was lacking texture, so I could scrape into the oils with my rubber clay tools. Then I went back into the painting with some oil sticks. The painting is drying in the studio.
