I have been away from blogging for several days...due to the winter wonderland in Dallas. We have had power outages, lots of broken tree branches, and many inconviences because of the snow that fell on Thursday and Friday of last week. Then to top it all off, my computer got sick and I had issues with it. Power has been restored, the snow has melted, and the yard work has begun. And, I think my computer is o.k. after a trip to the computer hospital. I hope to get to the studio today and finish up my koi pond painting. I hope my brushes are kind to me today! It is Fat Tuesday and Karen's Birthday celebration at the studio...it will be good to bet back on track. Thanks for viewing this blog!
Today is the first day of spring, and our 6th snowfall of the season. JW is measuring in the above pic (with Penny Lane watching), and we have 6 inches of snow right now. Our plants and flowers are all covered or inside. This is just crazy! I just had to post these pics....more art tomorrow!
