Contemporary Abstract
Ready for a new home, this original oil painting has a lot going on. Variations of color, shapes and lines make this abstract painting unique. I couldn't duplicate this one if I wanted to. I started out by tinting the canvas with some transparent colors, and then using a large filbert brush, scrubbing in shapes. I pulled out a small filbert once the first three layers were dry to the touch and painted lines to connect and overlap, pulling the painting together. This painting is available for purchase.
