Tumbling
36" x 36" Oil on Gallery Wrap Canvas
This contemporary abstract started with a base coat of warm gray, then some paints scraped on with the palette knife. One I got some colors on the canvas, I started seeing shapes and eventually a butterfly tumbled out onto the canvas. I used my oil paints and oil sticks on this painting.
