Yesterday was a perfect plein air day at White Rock Lake. I did finish this painting, and here is a shot of my progress, as I worked quickly. I was concentrating on the long afternoon shadows spilling over the bike path. The weather was perfect and I had plenty of passer-byers who stopped to chat and take a peek.
