Contemporary Palette Knife Painting
Painting in plein air on the beach is a great experience. Last year John and I were at Seabrook Island outside of Charleston and I had the opportunity to beach-it daily. This small panel is in the studio, and I hope to paint a large canvas with this as guide on the color palette. I put my brushes away for this painting, and used a palette knife.
