Rio Grande Colors
12" x 16" Oil on Gallery Wrap Canvas
Contemporary Abstract Landscape
This is day 8 of the 30 Paintings in 30 Days with Leslie Saeta.
I used a #12 Filbert on this canvas, so there are wide brushstrokes,
and very little detail. I see geometric shapes and color when I look
at the New Mexico landscape. Thanks for looking at the paintings I post....
you can email me if you have any comments or questions.
Have an artful day.....Kay
Kay your work is wonderful These New Mexico landscapes are really speaking to me. That is one of my favorite areas! Enjoy the rest of the challenge :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Sheila....more to come as I was in the studio all day today. Big brushes, big color, palette knives....and all about the NM landscape!
DeleteWhat a stunning explosion of color and movement! Your use of vibrant tones in Rio Grande Colors truly captures the spirit and energy of the landscape. It's inspiring to see such expressive brushwork that brings nature to life on canvas. As someone who appreciates creativity in all forms—whether it’s art or academics—your work reminds me how important passion is in everything we do. Keep painting and inspiring others! Also, for anyone juggling studies, All Assignment Help has been a lifesaver—support in one area allows more time to enjoy beauty like this.
