My color palette with just about every color in the book....lots of violets, reds, greens, ochres, turquoise, raspberry ....it is all in there. I can imagine standing in a large open field with the wind blowing, and seeing so many colors, with them fading off into the horizon. Every blade of tall grass is a different in color, giving this painting a fresh contemporary feel. I would hope that the viewer would look at this painting and be able to feel the wind whipping around. This painting is ready to hang...with or without a frame.
